(Kindergarten and up)

Our school age boy’s gymnastics classes focus on teaching a carefully designed curriculum of progressive skill development on the men’s Olympic events – Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings, and Floor as well as on the TumbleTrak and trampolines. These one hour classes develop the building blocks for enhanced participation in any other sport: strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and self-confidence while teaching and having fun with the sport of gymnastics. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves and given the opportunity to celebrate accomplishments to form a strong sense of self.

Attire: Boys must wear a t-shirt with shorts that have an elastic waistband with no buttons or zippers, and bare feet.

What to expect/goals from your class:

The goal of the School Age Boys Gymnastics program is to provide students a quality noncompetitive means to learn the basic fundamental through advanced gymnastics skills using a progressive curriculum called the Rainbow Skill Program. It allows for easy tracking of skill achievement and level advancement, beginning with the red level and ending with the green level. Emphasis is placed on learning proper form and technique for all skills so students can build and progress successfully through the curriculum.
