Liz Bowman

Liz Bowman, a former gymnast for 16 years and retired Jump Start team member, is now one of Jump Start's most versatile instructors. Liz's teaching efforts are focused on our pre-team and school-age classes, but you may also find Liz teaching our preschoolers or working special events. She has worked at Jump Start for the past four years and is currently attending Bradley University. She says her favorite thing about Jump Start is that it is "a fun facility with a staff that will go above and beyond to help the students and make sure that they are in a safe and fun environment! We have some fantastic talent and great kids who want to learn all they can about gymnastics - making every moment working here amazing!"
