HELLO SCHOOL AGE GYMNASTS!
I hope you are ready to join me for some awesome gymnastics, fun and learning! These gymnastics classes have been modified to be done in any open space in your house using items readily available at home as teaching aids. Parents, check emails regularly for items that can be used for weekly lessons. Each class will begin with a fun aerobic warm up led by one of my good industry friends, Mr. Randy. To get your heart rate up and ready for class, just follow along and have some fun trying to keep up with the FUNmaster. After the warm up, I will be joined by some of our staff members and former team gymnasts who will help me lead you in a stretch and work on key skills at your level. I will be breaking down skills to increase understanding of the technique and doing drills to strengthen key parts of each skill. When we come back to the gym, you will be stronger and more flexible, ready to transfer what we learned to the equipment and build on the skills we are learning online. Feel free to start and stop the lessons as much as you need to and even watch your weekly lesson more than once. If you want to check out the lessons included for other levels, feel free to do that as well. Until we can see you back in the gym, we will see you online!
