Part Time/Full Time Gymnastics & Tumbling Coaches
Prior experience coaching competitive gymnastics or tumbling required.
Tumbling coaches: Our competitive tumbling program is recognized nationally having produced many elite national champions and world class tumblers. Must have knowledge of the USTA and/or USATT competitive programs in tumbling and willing to learn trampoline and double mini. Must be able to teach and spot higher level tumbling skills. Must be able to commit to a regular coaching schedule primarily weekends and evenings. If hired full time, must be willing to teach developmental tumbling classes.
Gymnastics coaches: Must have knowledge of both the USAG Junior Olympic and Xcel programs. Must be able to coach through Level 6/Xcel Gold with a wiliness to progress to higher levels as the program grows. If hired full time, must be willing to teach developmental gymnastics classes.

Part Time Dance Program Manager
(15-20 hrs/week during school year/approx. 10 hrs during summer months)
The Dance Program Manager should be experienced in teaching basic types of dance (ballet, jazz, tap and lyrical) to children 3yrs and up. They should desire the opportunity to work with our management team to develop a program class schedule, develop dance curriculum, monitor students’ progress, choreograph dances and prepare students for an annual recital, plan and organize an annual recital, hire and manage dance instructors to assist with the needs of the program. Must be able to commit to teaching evening classes 3-4 days/week between 4:00 & 7:00pm and/or on Saturdays between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Position includes paid flex administrative time.

Full Time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
Primary responsibility is to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to managing receivables, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, registering students, and providing general administrative support to our employees. Experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) is a must. Ultimately, this position is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the main office and helping to improve company procedures and day to day operations. Must be able to minimally commit to the following hours: Mondays – Thursdays 1:00-7:00pm, Fridays 9:00am-1:00pm, Saturdays 8:30-12:00pm.
