Our tumbling classes are based on a curriculum of progressive skill development designed to teach each athlete everything they need to know to be a great tumbler. Several levels of classes are offered to ensure the best instruction for each class. All classes include a review of basic tumbling skills and elements, drills, and instruction for learning new skills, and instruction on the TumbleTrak and trampolines. These are 60–90-minute co-ed classes for boys & girls in kindergarten and up.
Our objective is to provide children with safe, positive, and fun learning experiences! We aim to build strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and self-confidence while learning and having fun with the sport of tumbling. We encourage students to challenge themselves and give them the opportunity to celebrate accomplishments to form a strong sense of self.
All classes include a review of basic tumbling skills and elements, drills and instruction for learning new skills, and instruction on the Tumbl Trak and trampolines. All classes are co-ed classes ages Kindergarten and up.
Tumble 1 classes are 60-minute classes for boys and girls ages 5 years and up. It is a great way for students to learn a strong tumbling foundation. This class introduces students to basic tumbling terms and skills such as the forward and backward roll, handstand, bridge, and cartwheels. It also teaches lead-in drills for skills to prepare for the next level and help their bodies develop to become strong tumblers. No prior experience recommended or required.
Tumble 2 classes are 60-minute classes for boys and girls ages 5 years and up who have completed Tumble 1 or has learned similar skills in another program. This class focuses on mastering such skills as round offs, skills from a hurdle, and limbering skills. Students will build core strength and body awareness and spend time focusing on solid foundations of the cartwheel and round off. This class will also introduce lead-up drills for the next level skills.
Tumble 3 classes are 60-minute classes for boys and girls ages 7 years and up who have completed the skills at levels 1 and 2. Students will focus on mastering advanced limbering skills and front and back handsprings. Each student will gain strength and power in their tumbling and will learn drills to help them begin connecting back handsprings and round-offs.
Tumble 4 classes are 90-minute classes for boys and girls ages 7 and up who have a solid tumbling background and have completed the skills at Levels 1, 2, and 3. Students must be able to perform a standing back handspring and a round-off back handspring with a spot. Students will successfully master the round-off back handspring and back handspring series and learn skills through front and back aerial skills.
Tumbling class for Middle School and High School Cheerleaders that focuses on back handsprings, back tucks, back twisting as well as jumps combinations.
Cheer and Fit classes are one and half hours and are the perfect class for individual cheerleaders and entire squads to work on cheerleading specific tumbling skills and jumps while increasing their fitness level.
